Plain by default
Every order leaves in unbranded packaging. No labels, no logos, no product names - nothing on the outside that describes what is inside. The box reads like any other parcel.

Domestic only
We ship to Canadian addresses, and only to Canadian addresses. Nothing crosses a border. Orders to non-Canadian destinations are declined before they are prepared.

Prepared, then shipped
Orders are checked and packed on the next business day after they are placed. Cold-chain items are held in temperature-controlled handling until the moment they leave.

Tracked to the door
A tracking reference is issued the moment your parcel is in transit. Signature on delivery is optional and can be set in your account before you order.
